Shipping + Returns
 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping via USPS; shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Cygnus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hend@shopcygnus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
